EST2014 01 06 11:06:43 GMTCops Find Stolen Goods from 8 Stores Police were called to The Westchester mall Friday about a female shoplifter fighting with mall security, and left after arresting three women, two of whom police officers said were in a car strewn with stolen clothes from eight stores, an aluminum foil lined bag, and a pair of wire cutters.While officers questioned Melissa Person, who police arrested for petit larceny, a mall employee noticed a woman who was previously with Person head towards a white Ford Crown Victoria.As mall staff told police there were several pieces of clothing with security devices attached to them in the back seat of the 1997 Crown Victoria, a security guard's radio informed the officers that the car was leaving.Police stopped the car and asked the driver, Ursula Jones, 28, of Yonkers, if she had stolen property in her car. Officers say Ursula denied having taken the piles of clothes in her back seat, while Gina Jones, 49, of Yonkers, ripped tags off of clothes in the back seat and stuffed them behind the seat.Officers searching the car said they found stolen clothing from Hollister, Ambercrombie and Fitch, Gap, Dooney and Bourke, Joyce Leslie, Forever 21, Victoria's Secret, Filene's Basement, and Marshalls.
