suspected peeping Tom has been arrested in Davis.Davis police say they were called to 3rd and F streets at approximately 12:17 Monday afternoon to check a man who was acting suspiciously. A witness said the man was carrying a handbag in a strange manner as he walked past women.Police stopped the man and searched the bag he was carrying. They reported finding an upright container in the bag in which there was a digital camcorder.
