All afternoon, there will be live music and demonstrations, children's activities, and more.Arts Fest kicks off with a gala reception tomorrow night at the Redbrick Art Center. The main event starts Saturday morning at 10, and at noon, local storyteller and master of ceremonies Tony Toledo kicks off the live entertainment."There will never be dead air on that microphone," Casey said.This year's featured artist will be Jim Falck of Beverly, whose watercolor and acrylic exhibit "Radiant Design" is showing at Montserrat College through June 28. Main Streets accepts nominations for a featured artist each year, and Montserrat nominated alum Falck this year."We're very excited to have him. His work is just so vibrant," says Casey, who adds that Main Streets used his artwork for this year's Arts Fest poster, something they've never done before.Although it rained during last year's festival, Casey says the turnout was still good and organizers are expecting around 5,000 visitors this year.
